Common topics
Subscriptions (Flexbound Pro)
- Purchase and restore from the in-app paywall while signed in.
- Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies (Report a Problem).
Free vs Pro
See the freemium summary in the app paywall, or ask us for the current Free limits. Raw journal notes always remain yours on Free.
Delete account / data
- This device only: Settings → Reset all data
- Account + remote data: Settings → Delete account and remote data (requires sign-in)
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that in Apple Subscriptions.
Export
Every user can export a JSON logbook or restore/merge a prior backup from Settings → Your data.

If cloud features (sign-in, AI assist, purchases) fail, try again later and email us with the time of the error. Local journaling may still work offline depending on your build configuration.
