Journal in your own words
Raw text stays untouched as user truth. Parsed workouts, meals, goals, and pain flags live beside it as separate records.
The app, opened up
Lift four days. Do yoga twice. Train from a spare room. Build a cardio-only week. Flexbound starts with the way you actually move, then applies the right rules without turning your practice into a dashboard.
Real app screens · deterministic planning · sources and confidence kept visible

One notebook, four jobs
Raw text stays untouched as user truth. Parsed workouts, meals, goals, and pain flags live beside it as separate records.
Movement style, equipment, time, experience, goal, recent work, and recovery all shape the week.
Estimated 1RM, bodyweight trend, weekly volume, adherence, and measured maintenance become graph views with the assumptions still visible.
Deterministic services do the math. AI can write or explain, but it cannot invent a calorie target or silently change the plan.

Equipment is a hard constraint
Flexbound only selects exercises and guided sessions you can perform with what you declared. No cable rows in a dumbbell plan. No band pulldowns without a secure anchor. No pretending a missing movement pattern is solved.
Progress, on the page
Stored weigh-ins draw the ink line. A deterministic seven-entry mean draws the pencil trend. The saved goal becomes the dashed brass rule. Flexbound keeps the raw observations visible so the smoother line never replaces what you logged.
