Mobility and recovery
Yoga can be the practice—not an accessory we hide under “recovery.”
Choose yoga on its own or alongside lifting. Flexbound schedules curated sessions by duration, level, focus, and weekly recovery capacity.
How the plan is built
How it builds
The planner starts with your practice.
Yoga sessions come from a curated catalog of established channels. The planner prefers flexibility, balance, recovery, or stress-regulation work according to your goal and fits restorative sessions differently from demanding flows.
What shapes the week
- Beginner, intermediate, and advanced session filters
- Restorative work can pair with a lifting day; harder flows get their own space
- Session searches name the channel and descriptor—no fabricated video URLs
- The plan explains when progressive resistance is still missing

Honest limits
The plan says what this style cannot cover.
- A yoga-only plan is not presented as equivalent to progressive resistance for maximal strength or muscle gain.
- Flexibility and back-health claims stay within the cited evidence.
- The app cannot assess technique, pain, or readiness through a video.
Coming to iOS
Yoga belongs in your training record.
Flexbound builds around the movement you will actually do, then keeps the method, assumptions, and next decision visible.
